At 4 Point Developments, building isn’t just a trade — it’s our family legacy. Established in 2015, we bring over 40 years of hands-on industry experience to every project. We’re a family-run business made up of two fathers and their sons, and we take pride in delivering honest, high-quality work at fair prices.
We’ve completed over 150 projects, big and small, across Hitchin and Hertfordshire — from knocking through a wall to full home renovations from the foundations to the chimney pot. We’re fully insured, offer milestone-based payments (never upfront), and back every job with a 2-year guarantee. It’s our way of showing we stand by our work.

Director & Partner
A true petrolhead with a passion for motorbikes and cars, Glen enjoys walking and staying active. He plays a vital role in keeping the team moving and projects on track.
Jared Weston
Apprentice
Jared is the newest member of the team and is currently doing an apprenticeship in carpentry at college. Eager to learn and get stuck in, he’s already proving to be a great fit on-site.
Joe Easton
Carpenter
Joe has been working in carpentry for over 10 years and brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the team. Outside of work, he enjoys football and is currently busy doing up his own house.
Josh Weston
Apprentice
Josh is currently doing an apprenticeship covering every aspect of the trade. He’s hardworking and reliable, already gaining valuable experience across different projects.
